- Convenient coin-operated washing machines and dryers directly on the campsite.
- Dog-sitting service: a dog-sitting service is available for dogs of all sizes.
Restaurant Pizzeria
The restaurant and pizzeria offers its guests the traditional Mediterranean dishes, light and appetizing, often prepared with fruit and vegetables of the nearby fields. Local farmers are used to giving part of their products to our cooks and this is a guarantee of a sane and natural cooking.
Part of the restaurant is covered and the other part is open air, in the shadow of an old grapevine. Here, every night the real specialty of our campsite is prepared: the real traditional Neapolitan pizza, with natural ingredients, olive oil and baked in a wood-burning oven.
The secret of our campsite’s pizzeria in Pompeii is the pizza chef, with his long-standing experience in the art of making pizza. Some evenings shows how to make a pizza and he is at your disposal to let you know his secrets!
The atmosphere is informal and the prices affordable and with no cover charge.
Bar
Recently renewed, the Bar is in the open air, in the shadow of a grapevine and lemon trees terrace, where you can relax after an excursion or have a cosy break with a coffee or a limoncello.
In the morning you can taste a breakfast with typical sweets, such as the Neapolitan sfogliatella, jam and hot and cold drinks.
The atmosphere is cosy and familiar and you relax there during the whole day.
Market
At 200 meters from the campsite there is a good value and big supermarket.
Our Market offers:
- Bread.
- Fresh milk.
- Fresh fruit.
- Selection of our region wines.
- Limoncello.
- Typical products, such as the Mozzarella cheese (on demand).
- Postal cards.
Beach
Camping Spartacus is located in an ideal position to get easily one of the most beautiful beach of the area: Pozzano Beach.
Pozzano Beach is reachable by train, by bus or by car. The trains station is just 10 min walk away from Camping Spartacus and there are trains every 20 min. The trains stops very close to the beach’s entrance.
Instead, if you prefer get the beach by car, there are many car park with attendant along the seafront.
